Stuff,thangs

Trent hadn't left the room in three days, he now slept uncomfortably in a chair next to Chris's bed.

Jacob ran his hand through his hair in stress as he spun in a chair in the workshop. Pictures of the two men he and Chris confronted at the mall were spread around him due to the JARVIS System. He gave a sigh and scooted the chair into a desk, his belt off to the side with wires out connecting to his gloves. On the opposite side of the table was a patch of Chris's burnt clothing for analyzing purposes and a file laid in the middle of the desk.

John walked into the lab where Jacob was. "Any news on the two criminals?" He asks looking at the screen.

Jacob shook his head. He opened up the file and took out a paper with the 'Teleguy' on it. He spun around in the chair. "Mind doing me a quick favor, John? If you would be kind enough to find Trent and give him this paper, that would be much appreciated." He scooted back and held the paper out for John.

"Sure, I'll get right on it." John says taking the paper, he remembered Trent was in the infirmary so he went out the door and went that way. He had gotten used to most of the tower now, so it's easier for him to get around.

Chris sat up with a jolt, breathing hard.

Trent sat up straight in the chair, blinking the sleep out of his eyes. He let out a long sigh as he rubbed his eyes and then ran his hand through his hair. "Sleep good?" He joked warily, he was worn out and extremely tired.

"Refreshed but terrified..... Nightmares." I say still breathing really hard.

(Chris was already fully healed at this point)

Jacob opened the door to the workshop and stepped out into the hallway, he looked both ways and noticed no one in sight. His black toxin belt was tightened around his waist.

Chris got out of the bed and tripped trying to walk.

"Hey Noelle, heads up. Chris has about ten pictures of you posted in his closet, I think he's building a shrine of some sort." Trent said as he walked past her in the hallway. "And he's about out of lotion, so he may be asking you for some."

Jacob sat on a chair. His legs spread out onto a table in in front of the chair he was sitting on and a couch where Noelle was sitting.

Chris gets up and walks around till he sees Noelle "Hey Noelle" he says walking up to her.

Trent finds Jenny and pulls the book out of her hand. "You. Me. Dinner. 8 tonight. No if and's or butts."

Jacob lifted himself off the couch and stood on the table. He hopped down and sat on the couch next to Noelle. "How's it going?" He asked. "Pretty day outside aint it?" The Stark tower window to their right.

Chris sat next to Noelle putting his arm around here "Yeah... don't you think so Noelle?" he asks.

Jacob lifted his hand and slapped Chris;s off Noelle's shoulders. "Chris. I thought Trent sent you out to get him something for Jenny (☞ﾟ∀ﾟ)☞" His arm lowered down onto her shoulder. "Sometimes you can't trust people with simple duties, right?" He gave a laugh (☞ﾟ∀ﾟ)☞

Chris leaned on Noelle "Nah I think he said Jacob" I laugh.

Jacob's arm stayed across her shoulders. "I would help Trent, I have more important things to do right now." He crossed his legs onto the table.

"So do I" Chris says next to Noelle getting closer.

"A lady doesn't like it when you suffocate her by getting too close." Jacob laughed, his arm tightened around Noelle. He gave a smooth smile. "That's what my father always told me at a young age."

"I don't think she minds much" Chris says putting his hand on her other shoulder.

Jacob shrugged his shoulders and turned his head. He noticed the sun starting to set, the top of it peered out over a skyscraper and peeked into the windows of the tower. "Look Noelle, The sunset is pretty isn't it?"

Noelle stood up off the couch and away from the two of them. "Did you guys have a bet or something? Because you're getting a little awkward. Just leave me out of it please." She backs away down the hallway to her room.
