The CEO didn't move, he stood in front of Alex and didn't move. "My point still stands, Mr. Stark here crashing through a vent isn't going to change my mind."

"What's the problem?"Charlie asked,ignoring her thoughts.

"Nothing," Jenny threw her ripped file away, and picked up the picture. Crumpling up the picture, she threw that away too.

"Correct me if I'm wrong Mr. Gonzales, But you have no right to tell the director of SHIELD what he can or cannot do." Jacob started wiping dust off his gloves.

"No,it's something or else you wouldn't be ripping up the file."Charlie replied.

"Not liking what I'm doing in my own company? You have to get out on your own." Gonzales started as soldiers stood out in the hallway.

Jenny shrugged like it was no big deal,"Nothing you should be concerned about."

*They hear people shouting as Ken starts beating up the guards, he was in the hallway also*

"Oh the pleasure is all ours.",he said and within a split second he pointed his pistol up towards the ceiling, believe it or not, and fired what was a small but deadly explosive round setting the roof to blow up over his men, creating confusion and dismay, which now would be the perfect chance to go on the assault for Stark and Nocturne

*Ken falls out of the building (( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) And pulls a grapple arrow, twisting and firing it on the roof of Oscorp*

Jacob grabs onto Alex's foot as the two fly out.

*Ken swings onto a roof, rolling and checking if he still had a USB drive in his hand* ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

End up flying out of Oscorp's new hole ( ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) and towards the tower,they arrive on the roof where the others are waiting

Jacob let's go of Alex's foot at the right time and backflips mid-air, rolling onto the roof of the tower. He grabbed his phone he left and got the info Alex sent. "Alright, so how is everyone?" He asked around to the others.

Takes off his Mask and reveals his face,"Sup guys, ready for this small get together?"

Jacob picks up the files and notices Jenny's missing. "Uh.. What happened to Jenny's file..?" He asked around.

"Why the hell did you have those files?" Jenny asks rather bluntly.

Jerry raises his hand for Jacob.

"The question is, why wouldn't I have them, because now that we have them we have enough information to know exactly what's going on.." Jacob started. "Now I asked you, What did you do with this file.." He retorted in an angry tone.

"What Frank?" Jacob asked flipping through the files.

"Jenny ripped hers up."

Facepalms,"Why would you tear up your file girl?"

*Ken makes his way up to the roof, His suit torn and smoking* "Back guys...." He said

Jacob turned his head and gave a little glare at Jenny. "You did what.."

Jenny crosses her arms,"Lies, I didn't touch the file."
