Looks down and stands up,"Good work...welcome back to Stark Tower Jerry, I have a couple questions for you." nodding to Stark who walked out the door and then pointing to a seat for Jerry to sit in,"Please, do sit, I'm sorry Mr.Stark had to rough you up like that, you know how missions go."

As Jacob exited the room, he walked down the hall with his suit slithering off. His clothes were revealed again as he walked past the other Avenger's rooms.

Jerry sits down and crosses his legs. "Quick question, do you have some jeans I can put on? I forgot to pack a bag when I was abducted."

"Of course, they're laying right next to your chair, to your left." he said pre-planning before Jerry's arrival,"So tell me Jerry, what were you doing in that van on S.H.I.E.L.D property?"

"As I said, eating cereal and watching porn." He says pulling on the Jeans. "Oh you mean ON the property? Your telepath stole something from me. I got it back."

Nods,"you got it on you?", he asked curiously.

Jacob walked onto the roof a few minutes later flipping through papers from the file he took from Oscorp.

Jerry shakes his head. "Not on me, back in the van I might but since I just set it to burn... I'd say you just lost your chance." He says. "But it should be The Bugles big thing tonight." Jerry says putting his elbows on the desk. "Watch it then... Alex Cross, Director of SHIELD."

Grinned, "Not to worry Jerry, I know what I sent the Avengers to do at Oscorp, I'm just wondering why you wanted to become involved? I just see fit that every time we run something you manage to intercept with us and our operation."he said looking Jerry in the eyes.

"Well, I'm not just paid for my advanced martial artistry and thieving skills. I can hack to a certain degree." Jerry says. "Tell you what, release me... And I won't have to shoot my way out of here."

Jacob closed the folder he had in his hands as he turned his head and saw Oscorp in the far distance. He slid the folder in his belt and ran off the edge of Stark Tower, he headed to Oscorp. Whatever he read in the folder he wanted to stop it before it happened at whatever it took. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Rose an eyebrow, "Well there's the door Jerry, all I wanted to do was to have a conversation with a potential asset. Now I mean you can continue to get beat up upon by Avengers such as Toxin and such but if you want to become something big...someone playing a part with us..here's my card",he said offering it to him by hand

Jerry picks up the card. "Big eh?"

Charlie walks into the room Jerry is."Porn,this is horrible porn."He said,reffering to the fact it was them breaking into Oscorp,he ripped up the film from the tape and threw it into the garbage disposal.

Looked up at Charlie, "Uhm....what?" he said looking back towards Jerry, "Big. Team player."

Jacob climbed up onto the ledge leading to the rooftop of Oscorp as he got up and looked around. He found all the damage from the night before.

"I'm in." Jerry says. "But, how much to shoot Charlie?"

Jacob crawled out of a vent he had entered earlier and looked around realizing he was on Floor 49, the floor right below the rooftop. He heard a few Oscorp scientists approaching as he dove behind a small doorway.

Nodded and chuckled,"Good luck trying to actually." he said pulling out two small tablet looking mechanism, "Place your hands here."

One scientist stopped his conversation and turned his head, not noticing Jacob around a doorway. The two scientists kept walking ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Jacob stepped out from the doorway as he quietly walked towards the way the scientist's came from. Blue light flashed from around a corner as his suit slithered over his clothes.

When Jacob walked arouthe corner. he noticed a big room down a flight of stairs. The room was filled with scientists and a man hooked to a machine. Blue light was flashing throughout the room at times.

Jacob watched as a few scientists scrambled around, they seemed anxious. He noticed the man's body size bulk up a bit as his veins started glowing blue. The arms from the machine this man was in let go causing him to roam free. The Man started rampaging around the room slamming a few scientists into their machines causing chemicals to spill all over the room. Within 30 seconds every single one of them were dead.

Jacob was amazed at the power this being possessed as he stepped back, knocking into the man. The man's veins were glowing blue as he grabbed Jacob and flicked him in the cheek sending him fly across the room. Jacob landed in front of the vent he came in from and managed to get into it before this thing caught up to him. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Within a few minutes, Jacob came out onto the roof as he started running along the rooftop, turning around in time to see the man walking towards him, his veins glowing more brightly.
