Avengers Revolutionary War, 1776

Jacob lifted his hat off his head and looked up at a few birds flying in the sky. "Should we follow after the red coats and see if we can get to the bottom of why we're here?"

"I think I saw a British Fort nearby, maybe we should check there" Ken whispered, looking around

"Then I recommend waiting for the others." Jacob noticed most of the redcoats out of view, and people coming out onto the street again.

"Wheres the fun in that?" Ken smirked and started climbing a building, hopping on the roof and flipping his hood on

Jacob looked up at Ken and something shiny sparked in his eye, he turned his head to where it was coming from and noticed a tall man wearing a blue, revolutionary coat. But it was odd, since he had a British head wear. However, this didn't catch Jacob's attention, he recognized the man earlier that day when the avengers were all back at the tower. The man disappeared around a corner.

"Whats wrong?" Ken called out, looking down at Jacob

Jacob couldn't hear Ken shout over the crowd of people now roaming the street.

Jacob hears a man yelling "You! Get down from there!". It was a guard guarding the roofs. "Why can't we climb roofs?" Ken asked. By the time Ken was done, the guard was aiming his Musket at him

Jacob decided to let his gaze fall away from the corner where the man disappeared, he saw the guard pointing a musket up at Ken and slowly walked over to him.

Ken barrel rolled just in time to miss the muskets fire, he rolled down the roof and before he fell off of it, he gave a quiet "Osht" and fell on a pile of wooden boxes

Jacob tapped the guard on the shoulder and started speaking. "Excuse me, Do explain to me why you would aim a loaded rifle at the young lad."

The guard whacked Jacob off the roof they were standing on.

Jacob flipped mid air and grabbed onto the ledge of a wooden plank hanging out of the wall. He thought to himself and hopped back onto the roof, he kicked off from the side and slid under the guard causing him to fall. He grabbed the guard by the collar so he couldn't fall but pried the musket away.

I hear the gun fire and Ken falling on the boxes. I look over to see Ken laying on the boxes. I squeal and begin to walk/run towards him.

"WOW that hurt" Ken said, getting up from the now the pile of broken boxes

The guard struggles and yells for help

A squad of British soldiers run to the area they heard the cry, villagers screaming and running due to the guards arming themselves

Jacob dangled the guard over the edge of the roof, it was a small enough fall so Jacob dropped him into a small haystack. He kept his musket.

"Jacob, squad of soldiers coming, should we engage?" Ken asked, now looking at the squad running towards them

Jacob signaled down for Ken to hide somewhere around. Jacob hopped down onto a plank on the building and hid behind a wooden pole.

Ken hopped into a barrel of hay nearby // The squad could not find the guard or Ken and Jacob so they continued to look elsewhere

I hide behind a hay cart, looking towards the others hoping they have a plan.

Jenny walks over to the barrel she saw Ken jump into. "I thought we were keeping a low profile," she said in a harsh whisper, keeping an eye on the British soldiers as they passed.

Ken jumps out of the barrel "Sorry if a guard randomly shot at me" He said

"Maybe you shouldn't have been on the roof in the first place, and walked on the ground like a normal person," Jenny replied, seeing him covered in hay.
